Room Hireage
The Teachers Institute has a range of meeting and training rooms available to hire on weekdays, 7:30am–5:30pm. Rooms range from small meeting spaces for up to 8 people through to a large training space for 100–120, with select rooms including a projector or a microphone and speaker system. Partner schools hire free of charge, and education and community organisations receive a discounted rate.
Small Room
A compact, comfortable space ideal for one-on-one meetings, small planning sessions, or coaching and interviews. Table seating for up to 8.
Small - Medium Room
Suited to team meetings, committee sessions, or small workshops. Comfortably seats up to 15 around a table, with enough room to spread out materials and work through the detail.
Medium Room
A flexible training and workshop space for up to 40, with a projector included for presentations. Well suited to professional development sessions, staff training days, or larger team meetings.
Large Room
Our largest space, seating 100-120 in a theatre or conference layout, fitted with a full microphone and speaker system. Built for conferences, large-scale training, and community events.
