About the event

In this workshop, Dr Ric Campbell will discuss how schools can develop a cultural of reading and using research to inform teaching and learning programme. Ric will draw on the work that he has done in the US and around the world to support schools and educational organisations to integrate research into their professional development offerings, including establishing professional reading groups that are sustained and build culture and expertise, and effectively utilising research as part of ongoing teacher inquiry and action-research projects.
This session will be particularly relevant for staff who are responsible for leading and/or delivering professional development in their schools, SCTs, and staff responsible for trainee teachers and PCTs.
